Refund policy

Every Nordic & Roma piece is thoughtfully crafted, but if it doesn’t feel right, most items can be returned within 15 days of purchase or receipt. Depending on the return method chosen, it may take 3–5 working days for your order to reach us. Once received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or original payment method.
